These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our Event Management System and exhibitor portal.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peppermint Communication Pvt Ltd Event Management System ("EMS") and exhibitor portal at https://ems.pepcom.in (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing an order/booking, you agree to these Terms.
You must be an authorized representative of an exhibiting company and at least 18 years old.
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
Provide accurate information (including GSTIN) and keep it updated.
You can book furniture, utilities, and other exhibitor services for the specific event(s) listed in the portal.
Orders may be subject to cut-off dates, stock availability, and venue restrictions.
Important: Installation/removal at venue premises must follow organiser and venue rules. You must ensure booth access during scheduled hours.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). We do not store full card/UPI credentials on our servers.
By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. Transactions may be subject to risk checks, KYC, or additional verification.
In case of chargebacks or disputes raised with your bank/card issuer, you must also notify us at events@peppermint.co.in.

The EMS, content, logos, and software are owned by Peppermint Communication Pvt Ltd or its licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivatives.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or to comply with law or organiser instructions.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in preceding 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peppermint Communication Pvt Ltd from claims arising from your misuse or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue: Mumbai. Language: English.
