Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to exhibitor bookings and purchases made through our EMS portal.

1) Scope

This policy applies to exhibitor bookings and purchases made through Peppermint Communication Pvt Ltd EMS portal at https://ems.pepcom.in, including rental of furniture, utilities, and other exhibitor services.

2) Cancellation windows

Cancellation Timeline

Up to 30 days before move-in
100% Refund
15 to 29 days before move-in
50% Refund
15 to 29 days before move-in
No Refund

Non-Refundable Services

Custom fabrication, branding, and services already rendered at venue are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

3) Order modifications

Reductions are treated as cancellations and follow the above slabs.

Upgrades/additions are allowed subject to availability and revised pricing.

4) Damage, loss, or non-availability

If a rented item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent or process a refund.

Damage or loss to rented items attributable to you will be charged as per actuals.

Typically 5–7 business days after we issue the refund

Timelines depend on your bank/card/UPI issuer.

6) Charges & deductions

  • GST and statutory levies will be refunded as per applicable law.
  • Convenience or gateway fees may be non-refundable if already charged by the payment provider, unless required by law.
  • Pick-up, handling, or restocking charges may apply for returns from venue.

7) How to request a cancellation or refund

EMS Dashboard

Raise a request directly from your EMS dashboard for quick processing.

Email Request

Email us at events@peppermint.co.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Item details
  • Reason for cancellation

We may request photos or additional information for verification.

8) Chargebacks & disputes

If you raise a chargeback with your bank, please also notify us at events@peppermint.co.in. We will work with Razorpay and your issuer to resolve the case.
