  • Account creation, authentication, and exhibitor portal access
  • Enabling bookings, orders, invoicing, and service fulfilment
  • Payment processing via our payment service provider, Razorpay
  • Customer support, communications, and service notifications

  • Service improvement, analytics, and troubleshooting

Payment Processor

Razorpay Software Private Limited processes payments on our behalf. Your payment data is shared with Razorpay to complete transactions. Razorpay may process your data as an independent controller for risk and compliance.

Vendors

Hosting, analytics, customer support, SMS/WhatsApp/email providers, and logistics vendors as needed.

Authorities

Regulators, courts, and law enforcement where legally required.

Intra-group/Transfers
